EHOA Primary Course in Food Safety

This course is designed for all food handlers, including managers, chefs and supervisors.

The course is certified by the EHOA and certificates are issued to each successful candidate (pass rate 50%). Certificates are valid for 5 years.

  • Food Deliver & Storage
  • Food Preparation, Cooking & Service
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Design & Layout of Food Premises & Pest Control Procedures
  • Cleaning
  • An Introduction to Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP)

Course Manual:

EHOA courses come with a comprehensive manual, which proves an excellent source of reference after completion of course.

Training Methodology:

The course is classroom based with overhead/multimedia presentations supplemented with videos, charts etc.

Additional Information:

Each Session is one hour in duration, comprising of video, text and presentations.
-One hour Exam
-Oral exam may be taken by special arrangement with the tutor.
