Food Hygiene QQI Level 4 - 4N1119

This Food Hygiene Training course is designed to give all participants a greater
understanding of their responsibilities as required by ISO 340/341/342 and requirements laid down by the Food Safety
Authority and is knowledge of the contents is mandatory for all personnel working in the food sector.

Who Should Attend:

Supervisors/Employees wishing to gain an understanding of Food safety in the workplace and individuals wishing to progress in Food Sector. Successful participants are certified with QQI Level 4 Certificates in accordance with current Health & Safety Legislation.

All Participants must adhere to the following:

Entry Requirements.
1. Level 3Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences.
2. All Participants need to Bring PPS Numbers and Date of Birth on Day of Course.

Course Manual:

Course comes with a comprehensive manual, which proves an excellent source of reference after completion of course.

Training Methodology:

All Courses are classroom based; they are highly interactive with role-playing and practical exercises to reinforce understanding and learning.
